Dr. Kulik has been certifying patients in the medical marijuana programs of New Jersey and New York since the inception of the programs in 2010 and 2014, respectively, making him one of the most experienced physicians in both states. As a cancer survivor, Dr. Kulik is emphatically familiar with the special needs of cancer survivors and those suffering from long-term, chronic medical conditions. As a trained surgeon, he approaches medical disease with a wider-range of treatment approaches.
Providing concierge and private consultations, Dr. Kulik personally works with each patient to tailor treatment to their diagnosis, individual needs and lifestyle. He is available by telephone to all of his patients should they require his expertise 24-hours per day. Dr. Kulik maintains satellite offices in New York, NY, East Hampton, NY and Fort Lee, New Jersey. Pre-arrangement for house calls can be made in special circumstances.
Dr. Kulik has worked in general and family practice, and spent the majority of his medical career as a practicing surgeon. He has participated in numerous medical missions in countries in need. He is a Diplomat of the American Board of Medical Examiners, a Fellow of the American College of Surgeons, a member of the Board of American Academy of Ophthalmology, and, a member of the Society of Integrative Pain Management. Dr. Kulik completed his residency at the esteemed New York Eye & Ear Infirmary. He has appeared on several news programs as a medical expert, including CNN, Fox and New York 1 News. He has served on numerous advisory boards, such as CareerPeaks (educational opportunities for young women), the Flying Green Doctors (indigenous medicines), Volunteer Health Program (founder, providing surgical ophthalmologic treatment to Central Americans) and multiple medical cannabis related entities procuring, growing and dispensing medical cannabis.
